Tara has tried and won numerous cases. In one case, her client was accused of driving under the influence of prescription drugs. The client had significant levels of Soma and Vicoden in his blood and crashed his car into a curb in full view of the arresting police officer. The jury took only 45 minutes to return a “not guilty” verdict.
Tara has represented hundreds of clients accused of driving under the influence. Many people who have been arrested for driving under the influence have never been in any legal trouble before. Tara understands that her client deserves someone that will not just fight their case vigorously in court, but help them navigate their way through unfamiliar territory.
Tara is familiar with all facets of criminal defense and has extensive experience with both felonies and misdemeanors. After graduating from Loyola Law School, Tara received her initial training while working for the Riverside County Public Defender. In 2005, she left the Public Defender’s office for private practice.
