On average there are roughly 200,000 DUI arrests in California each year. And if you would’ve asked them, just before the cuffs went on, I’ll bet none of them ever thought they’d need services like ours. That’s why our number is easy to remember: 800-No-Cuffs, as in “Get those hand cuffs off me!”
