Attorney Erin Pitman

Erin is a member of the Kavinoky Law Firm’s case management team and specializes in Issue assessment, analysis and case planning. Erin graduated from Duke University in Durham, North Carolina with a degree in Political Science. She returned to her native Los Angeles to attend Loyola Law School, where she earned her Juris Doctor degree and was subsequently admitted to the California State Bar.  Erin is also a member of the U.S. District Court for all districts in California, the U.S. District Court for the Ninth Circuit, and the California State Supreme Court.

Prior to joining the Kavinoky Law Firm, Erin started her career as a Deputy Attorney General with the Appeals, Writs and Trials Division of the California State Department of Justice.   She then spent several years as a business litigation associate handling a wide range of civil cases, before returning to criminal law to use her training and experience to zealously defend our clients.
